Applied AnMaster's patch for editor cleanup related to powerups, workaround for some problems in the editor. Fixed editor layout, several of the trees were wrong. Reorderd the tiles inside misc. Reorderd pole to be simpler to use.

In Down The Rabbit Hole, level2.sts. - Replaced all spikes with dangerous pogonia flowers. Added a gate/hill near the fish platter so Tux can not get to the fish platter a second time, after using the firefly.
