More trial-and-error fixes.

* datastore.Key.Encode is too long for a subscriber ID, which appears
  limited to 50 characters / bytes.
* Use UUID as subscriber ID.
* Rename fitbitNotification to fitbitSubscription.
* Implement parsing of the "activity summary" in a separate package.

Improve user visible status.

Check status code when calling the subscription API.

Remove query string when redirecting user.
