python: use LIBPYTHON_LIBS too

python-config --ldflags returns -lpython (yeah I know)
autoconf prepends ldflags in its configuration tests
so conftest.c will never look for symbols in -lpython.

python-config --libs also returns -lpython, but this is appended.
