Adds Blacklist/Whitelist support to snmp plugin

Adds two options to snmp plugin Data Section:
- Ignore -> A List of string containing patterns to blacklist
- InvertMatch -> A Boolean value to tell if using blacklist or
  whitelist (true is whitelist, false (default) is blacklist)
