curl*: use CURLOPT_USERNAME if libcurl is recent enough

CURLOPT_USERNAME and CURLOPT_PASSWORD were introduced in curl 7.19.1.
They supersed CURLOPT_USERPWD which couldn't handle colons in the
username or password.
